Not showing true data

Songs and albums I stream are missing? It’s just not consistent. For example, I listened to Tame Impala’s through and it’s only show a few songs. Also, longer term data just seems to be incorrect, I know I have listened to songs way more than it is saying. New releases on albums sometimes appear as ‘Track X’ rather than the name too.
