not recording correct streams

the app isnt recording most of the time im listening, i know for a fact that i had music playing overnight or for multiple hours some says where it says only 30 minutes to an hour of listening. there are also songs i have played on repeat for ages that only say like 50 streams overall while other apps are saying im streaming the songs 50+ times a day
