not logging songs

When listening to Ash by LE SSERAFIM It doesn't seem to log that I’ve just listened to it and it looks as if I've not listened to it at all, when it being my number one song of theirs. I've noticed it with a few other songs, also sometimes playing a certain song and then it saying I'm listening to a different song by the artist, for example I would be listening to nice guy by boynextdoor and it logging the English version. Was hoping you could fix it asap! Thanks
