everything says ‘not enough data, turn your sync streams on’ yet my sync streams are turned on? the app worked last year but now i don’t know how or what to do to get my info again.

vše píše "nedostatek dat, zapněte synchronizační toky", ale synchronizační toky mám zapnuté? aplikace loni fungovala, ale teď nevím, jak a co mám dělat, abych znovu získal své informace.
