Not counting streams accurately

Hi,

I’m a stats.fm Plus user and I’ve imported my full Spotify history.

Since at least late December, my listening time is massively undercounted.

Spotify Recents show dozens of songs per day (often hours of listening), but stats.fm only counts ~1 hour or less and sometimes even shows “0 days streamed”.

This happens even on days before the new year, so it’s not just a rollover issue.

It looks like Spotify is not providing ms_played data for many streams on my account.

Can you confirm whether my Spotify account is sending incomplete duration metadata, and whether anything can be done on your side?

If not, I’d like to discuss a Plus refund or extension, since the core feature I paid for (accurate stats) isn’t working reliably for my account.
