Not compatible

(Samsung Galaxy A23) why does it say it's not compatible anymore?? I paid money for this so you better fix it. After I did the Google play update it said it was no longer compatible with my device, like wtf and I know I'm not the only one with this problem, it seems to be a Samsung or just Android in general problem as my mum (Motorola) isn't compatible now either.
