Not appearing on a certain leaderboard

For context, I have listened to Kid Cudi for 13,208 minutes and the top 1000 listener of Kid Cudi has 11,516. I should be in his leaderboard because the person in 999 place has 19,459 minutes. I have premium and I have my settings on so I can be displayed on leaderboards, but it’s just specifically with Kid Cudi that I don’t appear on his leaderboard. It’s been like this for ages and I’m so confused 😭
