Not accurately tracking streams

I have been listening to music pretty consistently the past two days and noticed very egregious lack in streams. I thought that maybe it was just a one time thing yesterday since I was having trouble with Apple Music, but today there is at least a 7 hour time discrepancy. Not sure what the issue is, but I didn’t not purchase the pro version of this app for it to not accurately track what I am listening to.
