I stream from 3 am and the app just count my stream from 9 pm. Please fix this bug and give back my stream that's doesn't count

I listened to a song 10 times in a day and it hasnt showed at all

This issue has been going on for a year for me. Some songs are listed as listened to like let's say 40-50 minutes when it's probably 200+ minutes considering they appeared on my Spotify Wrapped. Like the song I constantly play is still 51 minutes listened since last year. It used to record my stream numbers and minutes listened. Idk if it's just premium exclusive now.
