No matter what I do data won’t import

Hiii, I guess I’m just frustrated…I’ve requested my data twice now from Apple both I made sure was from Apple media and no matter what I can’t import it, I have the subscription and everything, it’s just importing, won’t take the file or anything that Apple sends me and I just have no idea what to do anymore. (I use Apple Music)
