No Apple Music Streams Synced Since 6 August

I noticed the little alert saying there were issues with Apple Music syncing, but it’s been nearly a month?? Seeing some people have the same issue but others posting that they don’t have the same issue.

I paid for a premium sub to this, I would expect it to at least work and not be down for nearly a month.
