New albums released today have 0:00 lengths and don't track correctly

https://stats.fm/album/25216413 - for example this album is only tracking 3 of the 4 singles and 'Down' is missing on statsfm page despite being on the album on spotify and the stats fm page saying 12 songs.

Just checked and Down is counted as To The Flowers on the album and To The Flowers doesn't count as a play on top of all the other issues this album has.

All the albums impacted by this bug seem to have the release date listed as 29/04 and not March too.

We discovered this issue a few days ago but we couldn't figure out the cause until yesterday. The issue has been fixed an any future streams since yesterday will be synced (you can re-request your files and import to fill in the past ones).

    What caused this:
On Apple Music, pre-released tracks return a duration of zero seconds (since they are not released yet). When someone streams a new song on Spotify or Apple Music we request the metadata from both platforms then merge them together, so in this process the track duration would end up as zero.,

Thank you for fixing this 🙏🏻 For filling in the past tracks, do we have to delete the already imported files or do we just add the last file with the time span in question? Will this cause doubles?

Update - today those songs seem to work again. However, the statistics for yesterday have not been corrected yet. Would we have to re-import our data provided by spotify to fix yesterdays streams?

Very good find with the length! I have the same issue with the albums from While She Sleeps and Sum41, both released today (29. March 2024)...

https://open.spotify.com/album/7DEuDoDGatpED4PItRAXD8?si=Qm14yn5tS--uRKYzs0Q2Ng this album tracks correctly but has the artist name listed twice for every song for some reason. Also 2 of the singles have a separate version on the album despite them being the same song.

Other users have reported the same issue as the While She Sleeps album for these 2 albums as well (only tracking singles) https://open.spotify.com/album/4a4vGdTg7UTfNluS7QdFsF?si=9MQOWZK9TcebvsJwONHp5A & https://open.spotify.com/album/1WkykSHhndyQJcYNwL7zxY?si=gf3jzAmuTFCyu50LyS-iWQ

@deuss hey, thanks for fixing this but the first issue mentioned in this comment is still the case, I appreciate its unrelated to the timestamp issue but could it also be looked into?
