My streams wont sync

Hello! I had the plus and everything was great but all of the sudden my old account just got deleted?? Well I had to make a new account (this one) And had to pay AGAIN for the year plus. Now i have finally managed to import all the files but my current streams wont show anymore like from when my account got deleted to still now and its very frustrating!!! Please help thankyou
