my streams are not being counted

I use two separate apps to track my spotify data and this app is consistently incorrect!!!! Especially if i listen to a song more than once … for example I listened to silver springs by fleetwood mac 67 times in a row (it was a tough day) and it says i’ve only listened to it 7 times????
