My streaming history disappeared overnight and my top listener rank dropped by 47 places

I check my stats every day, and this morning I noticed something seriously wrong.

Yesterday I was ranked #119 with 55,175 minutes streamed. Today I woke up to find myself at #166 with only 37,405 minutes — that's nearly 17,770 minutes of listening history just gone overnight.

I've been consistently listening for over a month to climb up the rankings, and now both my streaming records and my rank have dropped with no explanation. I didn't change anything on my end.

This is really frustrating. I pay for Plus and I expect my data to be accurate. Can someone please explain what happened and when this will be fixed? HELP ME
