my stats

hello, i’ve recently bought the liftime plus pack, and im very happy that i did that! but, there is a problem, idk if this is meant to be or not, but ALL of my stats have disappeared and i can only see the ones from this year, ive tried to look at the liftime stats, but they are still the same as 2024 and not the huge list that ive had before i bought the plus pack, pls help me understand the problem, thank you
