My records are not showing

When I click on the button to show my records it just shows a gray screen. I have tried this a few times, I also tried force-stopping my app and reopening it but that didn't help. Plus I tried clearing my cache of a few GB and that didn't help either. Over the past few days I have noticed this the majority of the times that I have attempted to open and view the page.
