My app won't work

The app worked as intended before i subscribe to premium (the screenshot with the stats). Then when i did i uploaded my Spotify streaming history in the form of a zip as instructed in the instruction video on the upload page on the app. Then after i received notifs on upload successful i closed the app. When I reopen the app AN HOUR AFTER, all my previous stats before I upload the zip are gone. And even if I try to listen to some songs, it won't update in the stats either. It kept showing 0 for everything. So i tried reuploading the files, in zip and in unzipped form. also doesn't work. And whats worse my stats refuse to update no matter what and everything is either just 0 or saying insufficient data. And Error Code 503 as shown in the screenshot.
