Multiple Versions of Songs

Spotify and Apple Music seem to have different versions of songs as the streams on here are separate instead of being combined for a given song. I have streamed a song on both platforms but they don’t count towards the same number. There is 2 different versions of 1 song on my history and it’s not getting tracked properly
