Multiple Versions of same song

This has been an issue for a long time, but most recently with the new Ethel Cain album. Her single, “Punish”, was the only pre-release single and the streams it received from me are separate from the streams of the album version. It is the same song; don’t know why this issue keeps happening. Can there be a way to manually put songs together so this can be fixed by users?
