Missing streams, not syncing

Hello, I have a problem with the album "Metal galaxy" {ID:22385} (https://stats.fm/album/22385) by babymetal {ID:84571}, I have played it in its entirety at least 3 times and it does not appear in my last 50 songs played and it's like I never played this album, it doesn't count my streams. I have already reported it in the "report incorrect metadata" section but there has been no solution. I don't want those plays to be lost and it is not a Spotify error because in the Spotify app if it marks that I have played it, please fix it, thank you
