Missing streams

For what I remember the app always counted the streams made while not having the mobile data on by adding them when the phone was back online. On October 31st and November 3rd I took two planes and listened to music the whole time but the app didn’t count my streams when I was back online. This really disappoints me, I would like to know if it’a a bug (and can be fixed and I can get my streams) or is a feature. I hope to get a response, good evening.

P.S.: I don’t know what the build number is.
