Missing streams

Usually, it counts my streams that were offline once I turn off the offline mode. But a few ago I was listening on a plane journey, had one song on loop for quite a while but it still says I only have 3 streams on it this year. All other streams on other songs were also not counted I’m pretty sure.

This has happened multiple times before for seeminly no reason, I don’t know if those other times were ever fixed.
