Missing song for an artist

Hi! I noticed that my streams for only one artist have not been recorded/reflected since yesterday. May I know if this is an app bug or if there is something I can do on my end? I also noticed that the app lags a lot - total streams per day displayed are not updated until hours after. I am a new-ish plus subscriber, may I know if this is normal? Thank you!
