Missing music history

A part of my streaming history is missing. There is a gap between 12th of may to the 16th of may and I 100% listened to music in that time because I can also see it in Spotify. What can I do now? Today when I logged into this app I had to reconnect maybe that’s the issue but the sync was always on so I don’t know about that
