Missing minutes and streams on a song

Hi,

I would like to report a possible issue with incorrect listening data in the app.

A few weeks ago, I checked my lifetime top tracks and saw that “FYP” by Nemzzz was in my top 5 with over 800 minutes listened. And also a sped-up version with lower minutes. However, when I checked again today, the sped-up version with (479 minutes) was higher than the original one with (277 minutes) listened.

Since both versions are by the same artist, it seems that some listening minutes may be missing, most likely from the original version.

Additionally, when I view my lifetime top tracks for Nemzzz, the #1 track does not appear at all. The list starts from #2, which seems incorrect.

It also shows that I have around 8000 total minutes listened to Nemzzz, but when I manually add up the minutes from the listed tracks, the total does not match.

This is a screenshot of my Spotify wrapped in 2024. It shows that the #1 track is FYP, and #2 is ITS US. But I on stats fm, it shows ITS US at the top and the original FYP at #8. I haven’t listened to ITS US more than FYP.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and restore the missing minutes if possible.
