Missing data / Streams not counting

For the past week my streams have been inaccurate, i have hours of missed data and the app stops counting my streams! for the past 3 hours none of my streaming data has been added and when the app finally starts working again i have chunks of missing data because it never updates those streams i lost… please fix this issue
