Mis-record unwanted track

When I opened Spotify a playlist of Arab music suddenly appeared and began playing, and this song “La2” has been recorded into my listening history in stats.fm. I know it could also due to Spotify’s problem of popping up random playlists/artists that I have no interest in, and it’s very common for me to accidentally touch it and opened the playlist/artist profile, but it’s really annoying. How can I manually remove it?
