Minutes listened stying at 0

Stats fm isn’t recognising when listening to music & adding it, my minutes have stayed at 0 despite listening to a few hours worth of music it hasn’t updated from 0, I’ve tried refreshing the app, signing out & signing back in but still doesn’t work, I’m on Apple Music on the iPhone
