Mexico City Time Zone Inaccurate

Hello, maybe it’s not a bug per say, but since last year Mexico past a law in which we got rid of the Daylight Saving time zone, but it’s still getting updated as it we we’re changing to daylight saving. So maybe the API you guys are using isn't up to date.
