macklemore and macklemore & ryan lewis now has 0 followers and 0.0 popularity

a week ago they both had millions of followers had pretty high popularity but now there both 0 this is not okay fix this please this screenshot was taken a week ago look at the amount of followers macklemore has and macklemore and ryan lewis the secound screenshot is from this morning, they both have no followers this is not good. this is horrible why has this happened and please fix it they both have so many listeners if you go to there profile but no followers or popularity
