Lost account

Hey, I got a new phone and when I installed the app, I couldn’t log into my account. It’s using the same Spotify account as this one, (cashkortum) and I can’t really log into my old stats.fm account. Just so you know I have a subscription for this on my other account, so I really don’t want to lose it. Please help me get my account back, thank you.
