loss of streaming history

I’ve have an almost complete wipe out of streaming history with Ethel cains willoughby tucker i’ll always love you album and all the songs on it? Apparently I only have 22-30 total lifetime streams when only a month ago I was upto like 400 lifetime streams of the album at least. I know it’s not the end of the world but it’s a little annoying especially when some of the songs on there were actually some of my most streamed all time tracks
