Locked out of account since December

So I'm still locked out of my account even after countless emails back and forth (13+) since I cannot reply to any emails they send me is there any hope of actually getting my account back? My Spotify was disconnected and when I went to login via spotify (the only option besides apple music to sign in) it forced a new account on me one without my premium lifetime that I paid for last year. Is there any other email to actually reach out them besides their support because it shouldn't be this difficult to fix this issue
