loading takes forver

Hi, I have a problem with the app - honestly it only works when I just have opened it, after like a couple of seconds it just stops loading anything. I don't know cause I haven't waited that long for it to load, but I have waited like a couple of minutes one time and nothing happened, so I don't know if It would load at all. and it is not my wifi or anything else - I tried everything. it is a little frustrating, especially that I have premium. It makes the app practically impossible to use, since it stops working immediately
