At the beginning of the year, I deleted Spotify, then I downloaded it again. Without knowing, it halted the sync of my two playlists I created through Stats.fm. Both of them I resynced when I realized what was wrong. However, only one was working properly. So, I tried to delete the non-working one. It was removed from the Stats.fm screen, but did not delete on Spotify. I created another one with the same settings and the previous is still there. I cannot delete it on the Spotify app even after a new playlist was created. It will say something went wrong.
