Leaderboards never load or update

Leaderboards mostly refuse to load, and otherwise never update.

For example: on the track “Lisa” by JID and 6LACK, it says i’m on spot 21 with 690 minutes, even though i currently have 1000+ minutes on the song and is supposed to be higher on the leaderboard.
