Leaderboard not updating or loading

Hi. For the last month or so, I have been unable to view the leaderboard for several stats and artists. My rank doesn't update on the board but I can still see the number of listens and amount of time. I believe that the issue is ‘error code: 500’ and it says it is an internal server issue. This only appears sometimes and shows when I can't view a leaderboard. I would like to view my rank as it is a feature of the app.
