Leaderboard not updating

Hello I have been having a issue for about a month now where my all time leaderboard for Nav in this case is not updating I’m missing about 18k mins and about 6k streams I shoulda already jumped up to 11 place but I’m still at 15th I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading and nothing seems to fix it any assistance would be greatly appreciated thank you
