Leaderboard not showing up

I have all 3 requirements for the global leaderboards, but it will not show that I am in the top 1,000 listeners even though I have the #2 most listened to streams for an artist. Sunflower bean is an example, I have over 4,000 streams, but it says I am not in the top 1,000. How do I fix this?
