It's been 2+ WEEKS.

Not a single bug were fixed, all the problems still remains, all the complaints still ignored, all the while you still have new people PAYING for the plus subscription only to met with what we all have been experiencing, a dead app where no core feature really works at all. What even is the point of this “Customer Support” if all you do is read and ignore everything while praying more people to pay and get absolutely nothing in return?
