Issue with Incorrect Music Playback Records for Apple Music

I have encountered a significant issue with my Apple Music playback records synced to Stats.fm. On November 12th, during a time when I was attending class and not listening to music, a large amount of erroneous playback data appeared in my Stats.fm records.

I am certain that I wasn’t using headphones or playing any music at that time, as verified by my Apple Music playback history. This incorrect data has caused confusion and impacted the accuracy of my music statistics.

I would like to know:

1. How can I delete these erroneous records from Stats.fm?

2. How can I prevent such errors from occurring in the future?
