Inflated Stream Counts

I have heard a majority of Alemeda’s catalogue last week but maybe max five or six times each song, but the app is telling me I’ve streamed each song about 50 times. I paid for stats fm plus so I can get an accurate stats count just for it to inflate streams. Please fix all stream count related issues on my account as soon as possible.

    Hello @sreenidhi 👾 sorry for the trouble. Can you please reach out to support@stats.fm with the following information:

    1. Device/app version

    2. App: If you are using statsFM or statsAM

    3. Have you recently imported or re-imported history?

    4. Streaming Providers - Spotify or Apple?

    5. Listening History - What is unusual?

    6. Is this issue happening for the first time?
