Incorrect Streams

I make playlists with mixes/transitions but i don’t always listen to them. Yet for some reason, this app has insisted I have listened to Make Me Wanna Die by The Pretty Reckless 6 times. This app also thinks I’ve listened to Twilight Zone by Ariana Grande 12 times when at most I was figuring out a transition. I did not actually listen to these songs.

It thinks I’ve listened to them in full as well, which is crazy because at most it was just in the mixing. I never listened to either song in full.
