Incorrect streaming times

When I uploaded my Apple Music data, everything came through right with the streaming numbers. But, every time I listen to a song now it records the stream as the full length of the song, even if I skip it or only listen for 1/3 of the song. It throws off my whole daily streaming minutes. If I only listen to a song halfway through, it should be able to accurately record that.
