Incorrect play count on artist leaderboard

Hi! I’d like to report a possible issue with “Leaderboard” feature.

I’ve noticed that the number of plays attributed to my profile for some artists is significantly lower than the number of plays I have actually made. As a result, the position I’m given on the artist’s fan leaderboard doesn’t seem to accurately reflect my actual listening activity.

I compared the numbers with my listening history, and the difference seems to be quite significant.

Could you please explain how plays are counted for the leaderboard and whether there are any specific requirements for a play to be registered? For example, could it depend on the duration of the listening session, data synchronization, or plays that are not imported?

I’d like to understand whether this is simply a delay in updating the data or if there might be an issue with the way my plays are being counted.
