Incorrect listening minutes logged overnight

I woke up this morning and saw my listening minutes had increased by nearly 1000 minutes while I was sleeping. I checked the log and it appears to be repeated plays of songs from an album I listened to offline with my Apple Watch the day before. I listened to the album once (maybe an hour total). I exclusively use Apple Music. I am attaching a screenshot of my day’s listening minutes and the hours of listening between 3 and 4 am include minutes that exceed 1 hour. I don’t know how that is possible but I want this fixed or I won’t have any use for this app going forward.

    Same thing is happening to me! I’m also an Apple Music listener and I swear I listened to a song ONCE and it counted it 28 times! Happened to many of the songs I listened to a couple days ago.

    Same things happened to me the past couple of days. I thought my playback was exceptionally high and then realised it was looping about 10 tracks over and over saying I’d listened to them but I hadn’t had any music on since the previous afternoon

    this happened to me today, i also have apple music, says i had 600+ streams today when i dont. this is so annoying because now my streams are all messed up and in accurate

    Same! I only played those songs for like one time but the streaming history showed me playing it like 40 smth times!

    Just had this. Somehow logged 18 hours of listening within a 2 hour period. All are repeats of music I listened to just yesterday, also on Apple Music. Need this fixed ASAP as this has completely ruined my stats.

      I’m listening a song for 48 hours and it was 7100 when I start and now it’s 7600 just how???

    this happened to me a couple days ago, logged more than a thousand minutes on an artist when i only played them a few times that day. plz update on a fix
