incorrect account details

Hello, I would like to report an issue with my stats account. Two accounts have been created from mine. I followed the instructions from the reply to my previous message—importing new files with the latest statistics into both accounts—but that didn't help. I also downloaded the new version of the app. I logged in again, thinking it was a temporary glitch, but I was mistaken, as the problem has persisted for three weeks now. I should also add that the "top listeners" rankings aren't updating, and according to the creator's ranking of minutes listened, I should be much higher up the list.
