incorrect account details

Hello, I would like to report an issue with my stats account. I noticed that a second account has been created alongside the original one; one of them holds my old listening statistics but cannot be switched over, while the other tracks my stats perfectly but does not appear in the top listener rankings. Only my old account—which shows no new activity—is visible in those rankings. I have noticed this problem over the past week. I would be very grateful if you could look into this situation.
