Inaccurate info abt artist and music

Inaccurate information about the artist I listen to it shows an Artist I blocked last year but because I listen to them a lot before it still shows up and artist I don’t listen to anymore are also in a my top few which doesn’t make any sense because I listen to a lot of music so why are they still showing up? It’s also the same with some songs if I listen to them more then once they will show up in my top songs almost instantly..
